These terms are the agreement between you and us when you buy the guide from this website. They are short and in plain English. Nothing in them takes away your legal rights as a buyer.

You are buying from Diego Herrera, the author of the guide. In these terms “we” and “us” mean Diego Herrera.

What you get
- “Does AI Show Your Business to Customers?” (2027 Edition), a 138 page guide, as a PDF file.
- A text file of the guide’s ten prompts, ready to copy.
It is digital: nothing is posted to you. To read it you need a phone, tablet or computer that opens PDF files, as almost all of them do.
The price
The price is shown at the checkout, in US dollars, and it is what you pay. Nothing is added for tax or delivery. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount and may charge a fee for doing so.
A discount code from one of our links takes off what the checkout shows. A code cannot be exchanged for money. You pay by card through Stripe, and your order is accepted when the payment goes through.
Getting your guide
Your download buttons appear on the page straight after you pay, and in the email we send you. We also make an account for you with your email address, so you can download the files again whenever you need them. The email has a button for choosing your password. Please also keep your own copy of the files.
Using the guide
The guide is for you and your own business. You are welcome to print it for your own use and to use its prompts in your own work. Please do not share the files, post them online, sell them, or pass the guide off as your own. The guide and everything in it remain the copyright of Diego Herrera.
Updates
The AI tools change, so the guide will be updated. If you buy this edition, every later edition is free: you download it from your account, and if you ticked “Keep me posted”, we will email you when it is ready.
Your 14-day money-back guarantee
If the guide is not for you, tell us within 14 days of buying it and we will refund you in full, even if you have downloaded it. You do not have to give a reason, although it helps us improve the guide if you do.
- Email hello@theaisearchbook.com, or simply reply to your order email. Please write from the address you bought with, or tell us your order number.
- We refund to the card you paid with, within 14 days of your message.
- Once you are refunded, your download links stop working. Please delete any copies you have kept.
If you would like to put it in writing, these words are enough: “I cancel my order of the guide “Does AI Show Your Business to Customers?”, bought on [date]. Name: [your name]. Email address used: [your email address].”
If a file is faulty, or the guide is not as we described it, tell us and we will replace it or refund you. That is your legal right, and it does not end after 14 days.
What the guide can and cannot do
The guide explains how AI tools choose which businesses to mention, and what you can do to improve your chances. Nobody controls those tools, so we cannot promise that your business will appear in any answer, and the guide does not promise it either.
If something goes wrong
If we let you down, the most we are responsible for is the price you paid. This does not limit your legal rights as a consumer, or anything the law does not allow us to limit, such as responsibility for fraud.
Reviews
Only buyers can leave a review, from their account, and each one is checked before it is shown. Please be honest, and keep to the guide.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live somewhere else, you keep any protection that the law where you live gives you, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you buy is the one that applies to your order.
